UCCX 7.0 Desktop Admin (no Personnel Option)

I have set up different Work Flow groups in desktop administrator, but there is no  Personnel Option to go to in order to assign the Agents to the specific Groups.  It shows Desktop Work Flow Administrator, rather than just Desktop Administrator.

Is there some other place other than tools/plugins where I get the full blown desktop Administrator?  I haven't used it since we upgraded from version 4.0.5 to 7.0.1.

any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

When you pen the cisco desktop administrator , five options appears , file , setup , view , window and desktop administrator

choose the desktop administrator and then choose side A, a URL will be opened , by default the username is admin and the password is blank

when it is opened you have the full config for the agents , layout , recording , monitoring and presence configuration.

I should have been more specific.  Actually, when I get into Desktop Administrator

there are no options.

the only things that show up are.....Admin/Logout/ChangePassword/About/Help

On the left side of the window there is a SAVE button and the word Settings, but no other options visible.
