We have recently moved from UCCX 7 (on Windows) to UCCX 8.0 (Appliance). We need to be able to pull reports from each system, but obviously cannot run both reporting tools on one user computer. Can I install the Cisco Historical Reporting tool on the Windows UCCX 7 server itself and have users login to the server to run reports?
The client itself installs Crystal Report client onto the server. We don't know all the complication of doing this. Essentially, treat you UCCX server as an appliance, not just a Windows server.
