I need to create a script to connect to an enternal SQL server to write the post-call survey data. I created an ODBC connector to the external SQL server on the UCCX server (using SQL authentication). In the script, I put the DB Write step. However, I don't see the DB on the "Data source name". I checked the documentation but no detail about how to connect to external DB. Please help.

Did you create the datasource in the UCCX administration page? You need to create it in Subsystem>Database, the same as the ODBC.

Thanks Gabriel. It worked.
Another question:
After agent finsih the call with customer, we want the call to be transfered to the post-call survery application. Is there a way to accomplish this task without agent intervention. For example, can we re-function the answer/drop button on the Cisco Agent Desktop to actually transfer the call to the survey application. Thanks in advance.
