Hi All,
We had a UCCX server hardware failure and got the server replaced.
Unfortunaly we were missing our original software DVD to install the server.
Is it possible to download the image from cisco site. If yes could someone get me the path.

I am sorry to say that all Base media is only shipped from Cisco, and not available for download. In a pinch you best bet is finding your local AM and SE from Cisco to help you pull some strings..
If you have 8.0(1) you can install that upgrade to 8.0(2) (download on CCO) and restore your backup.
Cheers,
Chad
