Does someone has being able to configure UCCX 8.0(2) to Monitor calls when install over VMware?
I keep receiving errors on the spanlink driver.

are you doing desktop based monitoring or span/server based monitoring?
I just finished an install with 8.02 and desktop based monitoring and everything worked

On ESXi?. Did you take a look to the Cisco Desktop administrator web page under :
Service Configuration -> Silent Monitoring Device--> Voip Monitoring Device
What is under "Default VOIP Monitor Service" scroll down menu?

Yes I have it running on an HA install of 8.0(2)SU1 on ESXi. I notice you have no agents listed there. You need to have agents in the system before you will have any service options in the dropdown.

I do have one agent. The agent is listed under Personnel --> Agent on the Cisco Desktop Administrator. The agent can receive calls from the queue and use the CAD software with no problem.
I know that there is a bug that shows one specific message when there is no agent into the system
Another piece of the puzzle: I can not remove the "Voip monitor service" but i can remove the "Recording and playback service"
My build is 8.0.2.11003-10 ( 8.0(2)SU2 )
