Have anybody tried if Wrapup time on a CSQ is working in the above release?
Can't get it to work on my CSQ's! Calls comes into to the same agent immediately after he/she end a call!
Don't know if it's normal behaviour when only ONE Agent are logged in and Ready and that same Agent gets the new call!?
Anybody on this?

Hello Mikael,
The wrap-up should still work even if this is the only agent logged and ready. Have you checked that the automatic work and wrap-up time are enabled for this CSQ? I have tested on 8.0(2)SU2 but not SU3. Please let me know if you checked those setting and please send me a screen shot of your CSQ configuration page. I can upgrade to SU3 and make sure the feature is not broken.
