I would like to setup a master script for the complete call center that supervisors or managers could access a script by using the Application ID. The functions of this master script would be for emergency situations such as inclement weather,closings and systems slow downs, where they could activate or deactivate a .wav recording for that emergency by calling a toll free number and entering an Application ID for thier script. The menu would have standard options for all scripts where that could activate or deactivate recordings.

The Application ID would be setup as variable in each script? Caller enters Application ID to access specific script to change the greeting?
