UCCX 8.5 CRM Call Connector & Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Hi all,

I'm having dificulties finding out if the current version on the

Cisco Unified CallConnector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM  is compatible with the new Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2011.

The datasheet only references the v4 of the Microsoft Product.

Does anyone have an insight on this???

I am also very interested in integrating Cisco Unified CallConnector with MS CRM 2011. But I could not get the answer on CRM forums also...

Have you found out something on that topic yet?

Hi Eka,

Official answer from Cisco is: current release is not guaranteed with full compatibility with new CRM. There will be a new compatible cisco conector version. although there isn't yet any release date.

I guess we'll have to wait.
