Hallo All,
I configured a presence integration in the CAD in a UCCX 8.5. The presence works. But if I make a search in a contact list, I dont get information. I get only the error code "CDAUI2067 Search did not complete successfully, and only partial results are displayed. Contact technical support." back after a long time. If I make the LDAP search with CUPC all works fine!
Do anybody known this issue??

Hi Andreas,
It appears you are hitting this defect: CSCtg94342
This should be resolved in 8.5 though. Are you on the base version or SU1 or SU2? Let me know and I'll find out if it is actually resolved there or not.

Hi Michael,
thanks you for your answer. I use the 8.5 SU2. But I don't hit this bug, because I found only three data sets in the capture file from the LDAP and I get nothing in the search!

I've the same problem with UCCX 8.5 and CUPS 8.6.
I tried to solve the issue as descibed in this thread without success.

Hallo McAldone,
after we upgrade the CUPS from 8.5 to 8.6, we have also the same issue. It works, after we upgrade to UCCX 8.5 SU3.

We've upgraded to UCCX 8.5 SU3 too, because the 8.5 was not compatible with CUPS 8.6, but we have still the issue
CDAUI2067.
