UCCX 8.5 Outbound Campaigns - Import Contacts by Supervisor

Hi all,

Is it possible for the supervisor to import contacts to a campaign defined in UCCX 8.5Su3. If so, how?

I tried to do with associating the relevant CSQs to the supervisor's team, however the CCX admin under the supervisor login doesn't show the outbound subsystem at all. Is it the normal behaviour?

The only thing a supervisor can really do in /appadmin is change skill/resource group assignments. If you want to expose this feature to a wider audience without granting admin-role access to /appadmin you should consider the API added in 9.0.
