We are contemplating replacing our existing cloud-based predictive dialer with the new Outbound IVR functionality introduced in UCCX 8.5. As this is a new feature in 8.5, I am looking for general feedback and reviews of this functionality, particularly as it compares with other predictive dialing technologies on the market.
Do you like it? Does it work well for you? Is management easy? Does it integrate well with your inbound call strategies? What have you found to be a problem with the Outbound IVR?
