Does anyone know if there is a way to have all agent phones ring at the same time in they're in a ready state rather than selecting one of the options available in the resource selection criteria on the CSQ setup page? We would like for all Agents who are in the ready state to receive the call then if not answered, go to the queue. It looks like the only available options are round robbin, longest available, linear etc.....no broadcast option.

that' defeats the purpose of select resource step.

Just wondering if there's really a "Round Robin" selction available under resource slection criteria? i thought only available options are , Linear, Circular, Most Handled, SHortest AVerage, Longest Available. ARe you referring Circular as Round Robin?
