Hey All,
Is there a way to change the again skill level without having administrative rights to the server?
example:
agent 1 admin (4)
so during a busy time I want change them to admin (10).
Again is there a way I can have the supervisor take care of this?

Hi,
not with 8.5 unfortunately. UCCX 9.0 introduced the UCCX API which is basically a configuration interface, containing a method for changing agent parameters. Did not test it myself, though.
Can you please tell us what you would like to achieve? It sounds like you would like to raise the priority of certain calls based on certain conditions.

lets say I have a 3 csq and 10 agents
I have a special going on the web and I want all those calls to go into one of the csq only. I have an agent with a skill set of 4 which I want to be the primary person answering the calls. which mean I need to change the skill set to be higer. the others in the cqs has a skill set of 7.
My goal is that I want the superviser be the one controlling this.
