Solved: UCCX 8.x Bundled IVR Ports

When using the UCCX bundle licenses that comes with CUCM 8.x what are the number of IVR ports ? is it 10 or unlimited ?

In previous versions of UCCX the bundled version used to have only 10 IVR ports.

Hi,

Its a UCCX Enhanced 5 Agent seat, 10 IVR port license which comes with CUCM.

in case we upgraded the bundle to Premium using CCX-85-BDL-UPG, will the number change ?

if not what is the part number to buy more IVR licenses because we have 4 E1s totaling to 120 channels

If you upgrade it to premium the naumbers will remain same.
