UCCX 9.0.2.10000-71 and Outbound Campaign

Hi all,

I'm trying to create an Outbound Campaign IVR based.

the license is OK because is a Premium with Outbound IVR ports.

The goal is a Campaign that call the contacts and play them a message.

In my case, when the campaign start, the contact is called but the IVR script seems not working, because he hear......nothing!

is there some object to check ?

Are there differences between a script for inbound and script for outbound Campaign ?

My script is:

START

ACCEPT(

Triggering Contact)

PLAY (Triggering Contact)

TERMINATE (Triggering Contact)

Could you provide me a sample script for an application that play a message to the called number and close the call ?

TIA & Regards.

Hi,

Could you please check the status of the CTI ports (which are used for this IVR outbound campaign) in CUCM.

Thanks,

Anand

Pls rate helpful posts !!

CTI port all registered...

no changes

Hi,

For a Testing purpose, use the system inbuilt AA.aef script for this IVR outbound and check the behaviour.

Thanks,

Anand

Same....

the called number rings.... I answer but mute....

It seems that the system is not using the script .....

Hi,

Its not an issue with the script than.

1. Check if the CSS\partitions are proper i.e. Route Points nad CTI ports are accessible.

2. Check if the "Cisco Media Termination Dialog Group" has enough numbers in it.

3. Check out if there is a Codec mismatch.

4. Adequate DSP resource at the Gateway to handle Audio.

Thanks,

Anand

Thanks for you support Anand,

my answers:

1. Check if the CSS\partitions are proper i.e. Route Points nad CTI ports are accessible.

This is ok and the call arrives on my mobile phone (one of the contacts)

2. Check if the "Cisco Media Termination Dialog Group" has enough numbers in it.

Seems OK. There are 2 Dialog Group, Default with 20 channel and CMTAuto#3 with 10 channel

3. Check out if there is a Codec mismatch.

From the signalling point of view, I don't see any problem... all is ok, NO 488 in SIP signalling

4. Adequate DSP resource at the Gateway to handle Audio.

I'm using the CUCM as SIP Gateway. All is ok for the inbound call: need to check different object for outbound ?

Issue probably solved....

I'm using as gateway the CUCM and not a IOS GW like ISR .......

From design Guide it's necessary to use these GW and not a simple SIP GW.
