UCCX 9.0.2 CM telephony subsystem in partial service

Hi ,

I am working on UCCX 9.0 in HA mode. My system is working fine but CM telephony subsystem status showing in partial service.

I have done the data resync but still showing in partial service. My all cti ports and route points are registered.

You need to look at the MIVR logs for partial word and see the reason. Most typical reasons are missing CTI ports, bad script.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your reply. I have checked MIVR logs and it says route point is out of service but my all route points are registered and working fine. I have run data check and found no error with any route point and cti port.
