Restarted UCCX Engines in HA, and since one team's data in CSD is missing some real-time information.
The Agents - Team Summary displays the log-on stats appropriately, but the Calls Presented and Calls Handled are all zero's.
The Agent Team state displays the Not Ready reason codes, but not the CSQ of the call that the agent is on.
Anyone have similar experience or any suggestions on how to troubleshoot/resolve?

Hey Mike. Seeing the same issue although those 2 columns are not showing 0 -- just not showing lower numbers than HRC is. Did you ever solve this?

Hi Will, Yes. It required a restart of the severs. You can try restarting the Desktop Synch Service and/or the Desktop Call/Chat Service in Control Center -Network Services first as an option.
