Is it possible to save/store all chat conversations with UCCX 9.0 web chat application?

I found out yes... the transcripts are stored (by default 30 day purge - but can be changed).  The chats can be viewed using social minor by the adminitrator.

Hi,

We have uccx 9.0 with socialminer integrated for webchat.

After the chat is complete,can we send the chat history to the customers email id.

Is this possible?If so can any one advice me how to configure the same.

as far as i know , you can only view them by login as admin to social miner but you cannot email the chats
