I hve been getting following error message with a cisco 7911 phone (maybe 50 times in day)----

QM2002-The following phones are not associated with jtapi user: mac address of the cisco phone

my question is, how do I get rid of this error message? I have taken this user out of JTAPI.

Weird, I didn't see your post stating that when I posted.  

 

Did you try to Sycnronize the devices in QM?

This device doesn't show up in AQM under active recording devices!!! The MAC is not there.
