In short - no. There might be one day, but it's very easy to create complex, looping, illogical scripts that would make for very poor diagrams. There's no built in function to create such diagrams anyways.
Best practice is to start with a diagram and base the scripts on that, and update them in step.
If you are having to reverse engineer an existing undocumented system, it's best to do it manually.
