UCCX 9 Recovery Disk

Dear Experts,

I have setup of 2 call managers and 2 UCCX servers. the publisher of CCM and UCCX need recovery. I use the recovery disk for the CCM and it is back to life again.

When I try to resotre the UCCX , I didn't fine a recovery disk for UCCX. I search cisco site and I didn't find one.

Did any one face this issue before ? how we can  recovery disk for uccx

That's interesting; I hadn't noticed the absense of that ISO. Most of the stuff the recovery disk is standard RHEL tools, not unique to CUCM. Personally, I would snapshot the VM and try the CUCM recovery disk. Don't forget to delete the snapshot afterward!!

If that doesn't work it's probably time to call TAC.

Hi Jonathan,

I have MCS server not VM. the CUCM recovery disk is for CUCM/BE/Unity connection.

I don't know if this cd will work or not

You will need to use cucm recovery disk.

The recovery disk for ccx is nt provided by cisco; cucm recovery disk is used.

Just make sure first 2 digits of d version of ccx nd cucm recovery disk are same..

thanks for your help. I use the CUCM recovery CD verion 9.0 and it is working.

i was using version 9.1 and it is not working.
