UCCX agent seat license problem

Dear all,

We have a Cisco UCCX server which has 10 agent seats right now. And we purchased 10 additional seats license and put it to the system. But it shows still 10 on the UCCX server. If you guys know the resolution for this issue, please let me know.

Can you compare the MAC address in your license file with the license MAC of your server?

Also report here your version, edition and other features (screen grab the license page in UCCX) and the part code you ordered to get the license, or post the license contents...

Hi. 

When applying the new licenses, did an error message appear, perhaps?

Also, did you try reloading the server?

Apart from that, you'll have to talk to TAC, as you might need new licenses if the ones you got don't work (happens quite often).
