Hi,
Agent state turns to Not Ready during an Outbound call and has been captured in the reports.
Is it possible to change the state of an Agent during an Outbound call from Not Ready to Talking or Any other state.

This is Working As Designed and cannot be changed. Any outbound call that the agent will made shows Not Ready only on Finesse and this can't be changed to show any other state.

I'm using CAD here, is there any possibility of changing it to any other state, like Talking or etc..
