Hello Cisco family,
I am busy with UCCX and SocialMiner integration for one of our clients, both UCCX and SocialMiner are running version 11.6.1
I have followed this intergration guide: https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/integration-of-uccx-with-social-miner-chat/ta-p/3139858 but I cant seem to get my SocialMiner Notifications status green, only Feeds and Campaign are active. I have attached the pic of my socialminer status. I have double checked all services on both servers and they are all running. all my UCCX service are INSERVICE. Restarted both servers but still.
I also need some clarity, since will be using this server with Finesse for webchat and email queeing with external customers. Does socialminer have to be in the DMZ and do we need any public certificate?
Please I'd really appreciate any assistance with resolving this.

I haven't worked SocialMiner with UCCX, but as per Cisco UCCX guide:
—One or more notifications mismatch with SocialMiner. This status icon also appears after configuration, when no chat and email contact is injected yet. The status will change to normal after successful injection of chat and email contact.
