Hi there,
we are currently running uccx V10.6.1.10000-39 and our system's group is looking to upgrade our VDI thin clients to HorizonView 7 from 5. Can you confirm that our call center agents running the vdi thin client will still work once this VDI upgrade is complete?
I am assuming if the CAD agent does work on HorizonView 7 that when we upgrade to UCCX 11.5 running Finesse they will still work?? (Or is this a bad assumption!!)

The only supported Horizon/VMware View version for Cisco Finesse in UCCX 11.5 is 4.6, 5.x, 6.1. Refer below:

Anything above these versions might work but if not then there will be no support provided by TAC whatsoever.

We are installing UCCX 11.6. Our VDI environment will be updated to Horizon view 7.x at the same time. As per cisco documentation this is not supported. Does anyone used UCCX 11.6 with horizon view 7.x. If used were there any issues with that.

Is this a matter of testing then? Is there any reason to think that there will be issues with UCCX 11.6(2) when there is VDI support for VMware Horizon 6.x and 7.x on Finesse with PCCE 11.6?
