Hi,
I've client reporting issue with DRS. The backup shows 100% completed but the status shows Error. See attached screen-shot. When trying to do the restore, the server doesn't accept those backups.
Cisco Unified CCX System version: 8.0.2.11003-10
M thinking of recommending client to try FreeFTPD.
Can someone recommend what else could be causing the issue?
Thanks in advance,

Cisco recommended sftp servers are mentioned in the following document:
Page Number 4: System Requirements
For information on using GlobalSCAPE with supported Cisco Unified Communications versions, refer to the following
URL: http://www.globalscape.com/gsftps/cisco.aspx
Cisco uses the following servers for internal testing. You may use one of the servers, but you must contact the vendor for support:
* Open SSH (refer to http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net/ )
* Cygwin (refer to http://www.cygwin.com/ )
* Titan (refer to http://www.titanftp.com/ )
Note For issues with third-party products that have not been certified through the CTDP process, contact the third-party vendor for support.

Ok, so the client is using OpenSSH which is supported as per the documentation.
Following are the Syslog errors during the failure. Any pointers to troubleshoot this will be greatly appreciated.

Heard back from customer, the issue has been seen in FreeFTPD and Open SSH both. Workaround is to restart SFTP service and the backup is successful now.
