Uccx backup failed

Hello,

I try to backup uccx ,during backup I got error:

"22-Not enough free Disk space found"

My version UCCX IS :8.5.1.11004-25

any idea?

can you please log in using CLI and run the following commands:

show diskusage common

show status

Then post the output to here.

Hi,

I see you are seriously low on free space. Could you start up RTMT and just remove the old logs? Take a look at this post.
