UCCX CAD reports windows disappears after a few seconds

We have an agent that is now working from home via VPN.  Everything seems to be working fine except that the Agent shows "partial service" and when you select the reports window it disappears within a few seconds.  There is data visible prior to it disappearing.  Looking at logs there doesn't appear to be anything being blocked by ACL's to the HA servers.

Issue is resolved, after further inspection the firewall between the vpn connection and the core network was blocking communication originating from the UCCX server.
