i have call back script and call back goes to only one csq not routed by incoming csq
example
call came from IT-EN-CSQ and accepted offering call back
call back goes to callback csq which has another agents not assigned to IT-EN-CSQ
i need call back goes to same incoming csq

and when i remove csqtarget variable empty it give me cisco error

Look at your scripting and where you set the incoming Q, then set csqtarget to it. You might be looking for a consultant to help you with the scripting though, that's probably your best bet.
