uccx call back goes to only one csq

i have call back script and call back goes to only one csq not routed by incoming csq 

example 

call came from IT-EN-CSQ and accepted offering call back  

call back goes to callback csq which has another agents not assigned to IT-EN-CSQ

i need call back goes to same incoming csq

From the shot you provided TEST_DIRECT is the CSQ you're sending callbacks too.

but this not what i need 

i need to send call back to the csq which call come from

and when i remove csqtarget variable empty it give me cisco error 

I need to send parameter of csq to call back campaign dynamically

Did you set it to "IT-EN-CSQ"?

i need dynamic routing call come to any of my CSQs 

going to call back campaign with same incoming CSQs

That's doable and my question should get you closer to figure out how to do that yourself.

I think i can’t set 25 csq in variable csqtarget to receive callback calls

or share script which helps me to do dynamic routing to multiple call back csq

Look at your scripting and where you set the incoming Q, then set csqtarget to it. You might be looking for a consultant to help you with the scripting though, that's probably your best bet.
