I created a UCCX script with call types. I get the report of every call and the option selected.
Is there a way to get the report on how many times customers have selected a specific option in a day instead of showing each call?

Unfortunately, you'd need to create a custom report to achieve this, as the stock report is pretty limited. Are you familiar with that process?
