Hi everyone,
I have an issue with licensing model for UCCX Call Recording. Customer needs CCX implementation with automatic call recording, export of recordings, reporting and live audio monitoting. I can't understand licensing schemes for CCX QM and QR. So can you please answer the following questions for me:
1. Can I implement call recording without CR, QM and AQM licenses?
2. If I choose to use CR/QM/AQM licenses, should I buy one license for every agent (named licensing scheme)?

Hi Alexey-
1) You can do 'On Demand' call recording within UCCX, but it does not have any reporting functionality and is very basic.
2) Correct, you will need to purchase a seat license for every named agent, but the license types can be mixed.
