Hi,
1) When the queue call is in ringing (reserved state) the "CTI port number" is displayed on agents CAD and Phone. Is there any way we could display "caller id" instead of CTI port number in ringing state?
2) Customer has 25 wrap up codes for a queue so they have to scroll down the wrap up code window for selection. Is there a way to maximize the wrap code window so all the wrap codes are visible in one window?

Hi Aamir,
For your first query.
Go to the CUCM -> system -> Srvice Parameter , choose the publisher then cisco call manager service
update this value to true , it is false by default:
Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity
And for the second query, I am not aware but please Check out the CDA guide,

Hi Anand,
The service paramter for Cisco Unity that you recommended to set to "true", how is that related to UCCX queue calls? When the UCCX call comes through the queue there is no unity involvement in the call flow
