UCCX | CCX Engine restart - No Alert ?

Hello Friends,

We have a HA UCCX environ. We had a problem yesterday that the CCX engine service restarted and master/slave changed. We were not notified by this by any alert from RTMT.

How would I create an alert for this in RTMT to send one. What performance counter should I choose. Please help.

Hi Sanjay,

What you can do is set the properties of syslogseverymatch alert in rtmt window .So anytime there is critical syslog event it will generate an alert .Eg if any service is restarted.
