I have problem with the UCCX mobile skill manager. I have the follow message when I try a login with user id "93298":
"Please ensure that you have entered valid username and password and the user has supervisor capability"
- The user id "93298" have Supervisor Capability
- The user id "93298" work with https://ip cucm/ccmuser
- The user id "93298" work with Cisco Supervisor Desktop
- I created a new user with Supervisor Capability and the same error
- I used an exist supervisor user and the same error
The uccx version is 9.0.2
The cucm version is 9.1.2
