UCCX - CSQ Name Change

We had an analyst change the name of a CSQ. Now on the CSQ Activity Report it's showing the data for the previous name and the new name. Is there a way to combine the data. Tallying the amount of calls is easy but combining the avaerage time to abandon is not easy. Any ideas how we can easily combine the data?

You would need to do this either manually, or with a customized HRC report.

Rest assured that after sufficient time has past, this will be behind you.

I always try to encourage people to make changes on the first of the month or the first of the year, so reporting can be cut off cleanly.

EDIT: On a related topic, it's scary to think that a supervisor can log into AppAdmin and rename the CSQ.  Think about what would happen to your scripts referencing this CSQ by name.
