Hi,
I'm using UCCX11.5 and i want to disconnect the call if the customer exceed 5 Mins of waiting in the Queue how can i do this one

You will need:
Example:
Select Resource
Connected
End
Queued
Label The Top
queue_time = Get Reporting Statistics (Current Wait Duration)
If (queue_time >= 300)
True
/* Caller has waited 5 or more minutes, drop 'em */
Terminate
Delay 60 sec
Goto The Top
