UCCX Email Configuration

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to configure a mail server for UCCX agent email fonctionality. A message stating Invalide Full Qualified Hostname specified displays preventing me to complete the configuration. I am attaching a screenshut of the confiuration page for you to see if there's anything wrong with the naming.

As you can see in the attached file, the server pings and resolvs the same name with no issue.

I am still having this issue and have no idea why it is happening. I use "blablabal.blablabla.blablabla.com"and it takes it with no issue but it complains when I enter the real IMAP server name! WEIRD :-(

Is there any ways that I can add the Mail server using the CLI or SQL commands?

I was able to resolve this issue by using a hostname that doesn't start with a digit. The system doesn't accept any hostname staring with digits.
