UCCX Enhanced 4.5 licenses

Hi ,

Platform - MCS-7835

UCCX - 4.5

UCCM - 4.3

We uploaded 20 additional agent seat licenses successfully, but display licenses page shows only 5 agent seat licenses are available. When 6th agent logs in, CAD displays maximum license reached. Can anybody tell what to be checked to resolve this.

You either have bad license file so ask cisco to give you a new one or you may have applied the wrong one. You can re try to apply the license file it will not hurt.
