Hi All

We are going to move the Side B UCCX from one location to another location so we are going to shutdownt the Side B box and it will take 2 days to deilver and fix in the rack

After starting the Side B UCCX do we need to manually sync the data or it will get replicate. Any grace period ?

In below document i could see "retention period" but here its not given a time line.

We have done the momment, Post 7 days we have bring back the DR site. Then we faces the DB replication issue.

The TAC has removed the entry from DB and Added again via root account. Post that issue got resolved.

Hi there

I assume this as UCCX High Availability over WAN. If that’s the case, failure of WAN between the sites results in Island mode.

Connectivity failure creates a scenario called ‘Island mode’ where each node (on either side of the network) assumes mastership and handles calls. Each node behaves as if the other side has failed and declares itself master (Engine and Data Stores components). The node that was already the master, continues as is. Phones and Finesse need to register with Unified CM and server on the same side of the network. This operation happens automatically

If the Island mode occurs for more than four days, DB replication between the nodes will be broken and will need to be reestablished from Unified CCX Administration web interface when the WAN link is restored.

Hope this Helps
Cheers
Rath!
