UCCX ACCESS

Hi,

I have installed UCCX. i used the domain name as local.com and name LNGI-UCCX. 

whenever I tried to access the UCCX by putting its IP address in browser it converted http://lngi-uccx.local.com/. each time I was unable to get the access to UCCX.

I don't have DNS. How I can resolve the issue.

Add LNGI-UCCX.local.com to your hosts file...

As mentioned in the previous response you can add the host name to your hosts file but CCX server names should be lower case so it would be worth changing yours before proceeding any further.
