UCCX Finesse: Direct preview outbound options

Hi all,

Currently in Finesse, there is no option to Skip, Skip-Close, Skip-Next while previewing the record. Are we able to enable them or these are no longer applicable to UCCX v11 outbound?

There is no way to enable them, options with Finesse for Direct Preview are very limited Accept or Decline that's it. Check below:
