UCCX, Finesse over HTTP instead of HTTPS

Hi all

We are busy with an installation / integrating of Cisco UCCX with Finesse. We need to display some information into a gadget that comes from an HTTP server. When we configure this, the browser gives a security error and fails to load the page from the HTTP site. When we try this with an HTTPS site, all works as expected.

Unfortunately, the site we need to integrate with can not provide an HTTPS version.

Is there a way to turn off HTTPS for Cisco UCCX and have it run on HTTP only?

We have searched the documentation and the internet extensively and found some information pertaining to UCCE how to turn this off, however for UCCX we could not find this. Any request to http://...:8082 is redirected to https://...:8445

Disable Finesse HTTPS redirect please using

utils finesse application_https_redirect disable

You can't disable https on UCCX

That command only works on Enterprise
