SocialMiner can receive email from Exchange server. And agent can see new email sign (orange dot) on the envelope. However the Chat & Email gadget never shows up. All it has was "no active chats or emails" (see screenshot attached)
Socialminer server is in DMZ. Both UCCX and SocialMiner are version 10.6.
Has anyone seen this before? Any idea please?

Can you please make sure agent had been assigned with the correct skills to receive email contacts.

Thanks for the reply! Yes resource has been assigned correct skills and the Email CSQ has been associated with correct skill competence.
