I'm very new to ASR so please bear with me.
We have a script that uses ASR to obtain an ID from the caller. The ID consists of one letter followed by 5 digits. The .grxml file only defines the letters 'A' and 'B' for the first character. We are now in the need of 'C' (and beyond). I copied the format of the 'A' and 'B' tags to add the 'C' tag to the grxml, uploaded and refreshed the Application but it still is only trying to hear 'A' or 'B'. Am I missing something? Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks!
