We are hitting BUG CSCtw72311, Customer wants to be able to do some type of Traffic Analysis. Is there anyway to build anything into an application to help with Traffic Analysis?
Can I build a Traffic Analysis with "Set Enterprise Call Info"
Looking for something that can be build easily until SU4 comes out in Novemeber.

Hi Neal,
i think , what you can do is you can trust the peak hour of the reports as accurate, but that will be in GMT. you can subtract your GMT offset to get the real peak hour.
i think , that will be the easiest thing to do at the moment.

we are doing that now, but the funny thing is that the states are all over the place. Even showing calls on wrong days, and times. Department head is frustrated at spending over a million dollars on this project to find out simples states dont work correctly...
