UCCX Hostname Change

Hi,

is there a way to change the hostname of UCCX 7.0? what should be taken care of if i change the hostname?

Hi Prasana,

Hostname change is not recommended or supported for UCCX product. Changin the server name causes SQL/MSDE database to not start up which causes major issues.
