Hi Everybody,
We have UCCX 9.0.2
UCCX HR is installed on Win7. First time to attempt opening it after installation, it asked to open it under windows administration privilege first. and I did.
and now it shows the same message again. " attached"
can anyone help?

Uninstall it, reboot, disable anti-virus, run the installer with administrative privileges ensuring that the IBM Informix driver MSI also gets installed, restart again, then launch the HRC client. If all of that works, re-enable anti-virus and see if it keeps working.

Hi Jonathan,
The point here, this issue happened with users without admin role for the machine, while it is working fine with the admin users. i already did these steps during the first installation.
