UCCX Informix to Sql Server Documentation

Hi all,

I've been seraching for a few days now from some offical documentation detailing the steps needed to create a sql server replica of the native UCCX informix database.

Does such a document exist? and if so can someone please point me to it

There is no way possible to create a replica/copy of UCCX database, you can only get access to the UCCX database and see the available tables/fields etc using SQL, Razor etc and query those fields then for custom reporting purpose and that's it.
