When the agent phones are ringing ,we are getting two beeps after that dead air .The end user not getting getting any alerts till the agent pckup the call
I have tried adding the MRGL and Network hold Audio Source in CCG ,But when i update am getting "Object error "

Hi ,
To fix this problem please restart Tomcat service on UCCX and try again .
"utils service restart Cisco Tomcat "
If you see issue again then collect MIVR/MADM logs from UCCX
make sure DB replication is good
"utils uccx dbreplication status"

does the Hold Audio Source contain any whitespace character?

Audio source am using "sampleaudiosurce" ,Which does have whatespace character

Hi, this might sound silly, but can you try checking the replication status within the CUCM cluster?

Hi Gergely,
The DB replication on the UCCX and CUCM is showing good "2" in all the server
Still am getting the same error
We have changed the numeric charecters from CCG name ,Now we are able to change the settings and getting saved.
Now the changes is got effected after changing the CCG name.
Now we are getting the ring tone
